Michael’s work has most recently appeared or is forthcoming in the Texas Observer, the Tampa Review, Rain Taxi, BULL, the Pinch, and X-R-A-Y. In 2024, his essay in The Twin Bill was nominated for the “Best of the Net” anthology. He’s an alumnus of the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop. He’s also a reader for The Dodge.

He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife (who is also a writer), his daughter, and a small, fluffy Maltese.
